Star Sightings 2010

I know I have been terrible about posting my recent star sightings, but didn't realize it has been since January! Holy smokes my blogging has been spotty. So here are the sightings so far this year.

January 12: Gedde "Long Duck Dong" Watanabe



What a nice guy, and really cute. This was actually the third time I have seen him in public and I hope he doesn't think I am stalking him. Restraining orders are no fun.









January 14: Gregory "Melvin Melvin" Sporleder



He was at an Italian restaurant in the west valley with his family and seemed like a nice enough guy. He was wearing a cool hat, too.

April 4: Ron "Set It and Forget It" Popeil



Not the nicest guy at all. Spotted at a lovely breakfast spot/bakery in Santa Barbara.

R.I.P., Dear Prudence ...

Dear Prudence,

I will miss the many road trips we took together. You kept me on track on so many occasions, getting me where I needed to go. I will miss your sweet voice guiding me on, and I will miss how you always steered me in the right direction.

Do you remember when we first met, there in the Eagle Rock Target? You were so pretty and we fit together like peas and carrots. I thought we would be friends forever, you and I, going on our road trips and finding interesting places together. When you didn't wake up yesterday, I knew the era was over and I would never be able to hear your voice again, assuring me I was on the right course.

You were the best GPS in the world, dear Prudence, and I will never forget you! You will be succeeded, but never replaced!
